try finding the most hushed room in your home. one that isn't effective the front of the home near a busy street so you can't hear cars driving by. try to relax so you can take the edge off into sleep as quick as you can. or I don`t know try and drink some soothing tea before you doze to relax you as well. or taking a hot tub to relax is a good conception as well.

Do you sleep at darkness and then try to doze during the day?? If so, try and sleep smaller amount during the night, afterwards you will be more tired for your nap.
