smoking marijuana will cause your blood pressure to rise. When an individual smokes it cause your blood vessels to contract. If blood vessel contract it decreases the diameter of the blood vessel, which process that there is smaller quantity area for the blood to flow through, so if the blood vessel get smaller the blood pressure has to rise, however if the vessel dilates, that scheme the blood vessel is bigger in diameter, which mechanism the blood pressure is lower.
