How do trans-fatty acid is and how it affects our health?

What foods are they in?

Answer:
According to recent health reports trans fats are the worst fats there are and they are even worse than saturated fats. They are actually hydrogenated unsaturated fats and they occur in margarines, biscuits and lots of other foods. They are added to foods to increase the shelf life and act as preservatives.

A Yahoo search for "trans fats" + foods will hopefully tell you much more.
