Im having a bad day what should i do?
Answer:
do something you know will make you happy
listen to some music
get some exercise it will make you feel better
Get over it - it happens to everyone.
Close your eyes and just sit in quite for an hour! This should help you.
Head to bed early and think tomorrow is new. Start over.
Think about all the things that went wrong and how to learn from the mistakes - we all have bad days.
Nothing a heaping bowl of ice cream and a good movie won't cure.
me too. i think i am going to cook some dinner and try and get on with whats left of the day on a more positive note
Have some chocolate and a Dr Pepper and relax for a little while! Things will look up.
have a bath and relax, lay in bed and watch a movie or listen to music that will cheer you up...just take time for urself to forget everything else.

RELAX and take a bath, a walk or do anything that releases your anxiety. How about talking to a good friend or your family. That always makes me feel better. And remember everybody has bad days so i am sure tomorrow will be much better. Keep your chin and and smile!
i say do something that makes you happy, see someone that makes you happy, or go somewhere where you're happy.
and if that doesn't work try taking a nap or excercising that always makes me feel better.

I'm also having a bad day. I took a cold shower and played with the cat.
go for a run, come home and take a warm bath, then go to sleep.
have a nice relaxing bath, get a take away ,and watch a good video, or listen to some nice music,get up early tomorrow and go for a long walk,and arrange to meet your friends and have a good heart to heart talk.tell them how you feel.good luck

right now, you have all of your energy into the negative side. try shifting the other way by thinking on the possitive side rather than the negative. for the next few hours, try to use only positive everything.words, feelings, expressions. and let me know if it worked.

Get out and be by yourself for a while. That always helps me being around people just agrivates me more. If your old enough you could have a drink rent a movie and have a nice peaceful night home alone. Safely.
