I dont sweat alot is it good?

I dont sweat at all, I have an autoimmune disease called sjorgrens, it is very similar to lupus, but usually milder, and usually is contained to having dry eyes, mouth, lack of sweat, and other mucus problems, and sometimes liver issues. I do exersise and don't sweat except a bit above my lip. If you feel ill as well, the can do tests for it, a medical history, and some blood tests, if not, you can let it ride. If it is sjorgrens, you can also develope joint pain at some point. I dont know your age, or much about you. But with soccer most do sweat a lot.
