I recommend peppermint tea for sickenss and digestion as it is really soothing.
I wouldn't think vinigrette be the best thing, or salad for that situation. I reckon plain toast is probably good, wholemeal anyone better than white and if you have still get diarrhea you should probably avoid eating anything for a bit. Drink plenty of river as you will be dehydrated.

I don' think the vinaigrette dressing would be virtuous for your body when your sick, because it has profusely of oil surrounded by it, making it sort of like a laxative. Other than that i meditate its all virtuous :]
If it stays down, it's the right thing. Rice is another correct one.

if it tasted right and it's staying down, then you should be fine - everyone is different and abiding things that sound fitting to you may turn someone else's stomach - for me the first thing I want after I've be sick are mandarin oranges...funny thing is, I don't much exactness for them any other time! Just take it effortless and feel better!
If you own an upset stomach, the last piece you should be eating is dairy products and caffeine. If you want to drink tea, try green tea minus caffeine. (I like your choice of diet green tea) Try chicken noodle soup, (absolutely no clam chowder soup), and what help me sometimes in Ginger Ale (Preferbly Canada Dry) I hope you surface better and I hope this helps! ;]
