How do I overcome my slowness?
Answer:
Do something you like... or even better, tolerate things you really don't resembling doing because your lazy. CLEAN! I dislike cleaning because I'm lazy lol. It take 21 days to form a habit... so you could try exersising for 30 minutes everyday. After almost 3 weeks you'll be used to it.
get a opportunity and/or work out
Seriously the only instrument to do it, is to just do it. When you know you're man lazy, lately make yourself take up and do what you gotta do. In life you are your own biggest motivater.
stop lay around. get up and do something near your life. dont throw away it all lay down and eating
very well if ur athletic join a sport at ur institution
Take small steps.
This is a pretty broad question, are you idle like within not doing your work or just within wanting to sit around all the time.. try to incorportate more 'doing' types of things into every hours of daylight ande eventually you will find something youw ant to look forward to.
get up and do something!!
set small little goal.
ex: try to get out and put your foot maybe 3 days a week.
once you can do that, try to budge for more than 3 days.
also, take away tv/screen time, that route you wont be sitting on the couch being languorous!!
