This may not be the most devoted but I'll try to help. Try speaking simple sentances and words afterwards maybe paragraph. Try having friends or familial help. Sorry if I'm not the most experienced, I tried to relieve at my fullest ability.
there's something that they put surrounded by ur ear that will stop u from stuttering but it may cost alot, talk to a doctor nearly it.
The devices that you put in your ear are expensive and with the sole purpose work on some people. Even if they work for you, you are right fund to your stuttering self if you don't have it surrounded by your ear. Several of my uncles and cousins have overcome their stuttering. All of them worked diligently through the book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" from The Stuttering Foundation of America. One also go to a speech therapist who specialized surrounded by treating stuttering. He found her through the Foundation.
