Peeling Skin?
Not her face or arms. She hasn't be in the sun for a long time. I told her it might be dry skin.
Any planning on what this could be?

dry skin or maybe ezcema, which is what i hold.
ezcema is when your skin peels and stuff because of too much sea. it is extremely common.
i would guess its dry skin

her skin may only be dry
Could be dry skin, or she could have basically stayed in the shower too long. If you stay surrounded by water too long, your skin will start to outer layer. Tell her to use some moisturizing lotion and try not to pick it off.
most likley dry skin - it could be a milkd burn even on individual slight exposure to the sun - tell her to use a loofah to achieve off the limp skin and apply lotion - apply lotion several times a day if it does not clear up or get worse after a few days - see a dr!!
