This is weird , my frontal sinuses are swollen?

to be more clear, the sinuses that are above my eye brows are kind of swollen. it first started getting red when i took a shower. and 24 hours later it kind of got a little higher then my skin .

i remember a few years back when i went to a very hot and humid climate for the summer and it got really big (size of a small lime ) . i thought i got bit by something since i was in africa . but it all makes since now ,,, my air conditioner is broken for like a week now . so the question is --does them being swollen have to do anything with the weather ? . or have you ever experienced that ? should i see a doctor or is this a normal thing . please give me a clear answer
