I hope your friend is joking, but it is one hell of a callous joke. And NEVER stay over at this friends place if he insists this is true, and label sure he knows why.
Talk to your mother to achieve her perspective, and she can make the choice if this wants to be reported.

To adjectives the people calling him a liar- let's assume he's unfolding the truth so if there is a problem he'll do something going on for this. There could children at risk here and we don't want to scare him bad.

Some mothers do feel the urge to breastfeed their children for far too long contained by my opinion. I own heard of 6 and 7 year olds for example, still mortal breastfed from time to time.
