How do you get yourself to eat?

when your not hungry...I lost my appetite :(...and I keep losing weight...

Can we switch places maybe...he he...I would love to lose my appetite, I just looooovvvve food. But I guess it starts becoming a problem when you don't need to lose. Think of the food you love, that nice tasting plate of steaming food that you enjoy and ask someone else to make it. The only time I lose my appetite is if make the food myself, if I smell the food and am busy for hours making the stuff my appetite just disapears(it could be from tasting too much aswell). If someone else makes the food I always eat. Go to a restaurant and order what you want.

It sounds to me like you're a bit depressed and that could also be the cause of losing your appetite. Please correct me if I'm wrong. But my mother is depressed and she hardly ever eats.(but she doesn't lose weight) She also has a stomach ulcer which makes eating difficult.
aww...I'm sorry to hear that! I've been through that same problem, and I wish I could help you more. I actually didn't eat for 3 weeks once ( I mean besides like nibbling on a cracker here and there) because I was anxious about a lot of things. I say just sit down and eat even if you aren't hungry. That's what I had to start doing.
Start drinking veggie juice the Walmart brand it will help you stablize your weight lose problem. Start drinking distilled water and start eating pancakes loaded with real whold fruit. Think about loving to eat the right foods.
Personally, I try not to eat unless I am hungry, but if you really have lost your appetite, and the duration of this has gone on for several days or more, then I would suggest seeing your doctor, because this could be related to something else going on in your body. Lastly, if the doctor cannot find any physical reason for your loss of appetite, he/she might suggest seeing a psychologist to determine if you have developed any type of eatitng disorders. I don't mean to alarm you, but loss of appetite can mean a number of things. Even simple stress or anxiety can cause this. So, if this has gone on for any length of time, by all means go see your doctor.
