Stress hormones such as cortisol and norepinephrine are released at periods of high stress. Which causes unwanted symptoms like muscle tension, chronic fatigue, digestive upsets, headaches, and back pain. The factors that may contribute to the stress one feels differs from individual to individual.
Managing stress taking a relaxing vacation may help If you have the time even once in a while. Adominal breathing can help, it is efficient, bringing a good supply of oxygen to your brain.. Talking to someone about what you feel and what stresses can unload the load you feel. Also, Exercise releases endorphins which can soothe the tension you feel .
