Just breathe, and clutch things one day at a time. Eat small meal that way there's not too much pressure to finish a full-size meal within one sitting.

You're conspicuously not alone, and Im proud of you for eating again. You're doing the right point by eating again, anorexia is not something you want to struggle near your whole enthusiasm.
Gaining weight is OK, its module of the process of getting healthy again.
