Lately ive been have troubles sleeping. I would end up falling asleep at the time of 2 am surrounded by the morning or later. But, im solitary 14 and i definitely don't want to travel out at get sleeping pills. Yikes. So, do you know any tricks to falling asleep faster at hours of darkness?
