Why do my thighs itch whenever i go jogging?

because the blood probably doesnt get good circulation in your thighs..that happens to me when i havent jogged in a really long time..but after a while it usually goes away the more you run
Hmmm.. lets see, if your palm itches you are going to get money, if your nose itches somebody is talking about you soooooo... I don't even want to guess what a thigh itch means...
It could be the material in the clothes you are wearing, try loose cotton shorts, or some powder on your thighs before you run... Maybe it is the soap or softener in them that leaches out from the sweat.
its the discomfort of your shorts/ spandex rubbing against your leg
its blood circulating. it feels itchy and warm, eh?
