Diarrhea for over a week and thirsting?
I've been have it for almost a week but yesterday and today it has gotten worse and worse. There is no consitancy to my diarrhea, it is coming out of late like marine. I am drinking water and liquid and eating fruits and veggies. I am have diarrhea like this at most minuscule every half an hour and I don't know what to do, especially since its hurt extraordinarily badly whenever I run.
I have also gotten 3 charlie horses since I've be home which are not common for me.
I estimate I'm just dried up but is it possible that it's something else? And what should I do?

2. Stress is a big factor for diarrhea. Are you stressed? Try to calm down. Are you worried alot? Does the pressure find to you?
