Why do I get headaches so much?

There could be many reasons for headaches. First, try to think if there are injuries you have had or a food that you have been eating before the headaches. There might even be some type of physical exertion or stress that is causing the headaches. You should then take your findings to your family doctor to see if he can help determine the cause. You might need an eye exam or even a migraine medication.

Because something is wrong with your head. You should really see a doctor. You could have a brain tumor.
Could be migrains, since it seems to be allergy seasons, and it happens to be real bad this year. Like i get some everyday also. If it becomes a big discomfort into your daily actions i would go to the doc and get a prescription to get rid of the migrains. But for a better answer, please describe the pains more thoroughly. Like are they short? Are they in certain areas? Do tha pains change areas everyday? Stuff like that. But don't assume anything without consulting a physician first. Because there are a ton of things out there. The most common would be migrains. A lot of people i know have had migrains lately. Also i asked a question similar to this not to long ago, and people seem to mention that stress can be a factor to this. Also certain foods you eat can trigger them. Also if you've had any injuries to the head, or if you've fainted recently. If your pains were more descriptive then it would help determine what is what.
Dehydration is the most common cause ~drink more water.
Or it could be stress. What are you doing to cause stress and what are you doing to releave stress in your life.
Otherwise see a doctore. It cuold be something serious,.
You should REALLY see a doctor. Headaches can be minor or they can be manifestations of serious conditions.
Are you drinking enough water everyday? You need it to produce blood flow to the brain which gives it oxygen to function. Are you getting enough food and sleep? Too much sugar or caffeine in your system? If you have too much caffeine, it dehydrates you and therefore you don't get much bloodflow to the brain. Try laying off the caffeine for a few days, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, get sleep (not too much though, you'll feel more tired), and moderate exercise. **Are you by any chance eating beef jerky such as Slim Jim's?? They have a chemical in them that causes headaches. Maybe if you need glasses, you have a headache by squinting and not seeing clearly.
