No you're not done growing...you still own a lonnnng time to grow. Until about your 20's so you'll find your C cup or bigger.
i've heard that your boobs don't stop growing until your 20.. or it might be 25. don't verbs. a b cup is considered average.
At 14, you are just formation. Don't worry give or take a few your size please, take it from someone beside a large size. The smaller, the better, a B cup will never hang down. You'll look better braless. (some formal wear calls for no bra). Enjoy what you hold, and you won't stop growing until about 18 or 19, conceivably 20.
It's likely that you may grow a moment or two more... the other thing to consider is if you are water down framed if you put on a little muscle contained by your pectoral region or even a little bulk you might be able to run up a cup size. Don't be embarrassed. The other article is when I was 14 I be put on birth control to regulate things and I gained another cup size. Don't verbs B cup is perfectly great and they build awsome bras now a daylight that will make you look bigger. Good Luck!

You still have a couple more years to grow depending on your inherent traits. If you eat an excess of extremely fatty foods that will help you as very well.

A 14 year old should not be concerned near breast size.
Breasts are for two things:
nursing babies
AND
other grown up things
You are old adequate for neither so don't worry almost it until you are older.
Of course you are not done growing! :) You will verbs to grow until your early-middle 20's.
