whenever i walk my left knee makes this really weird snapping noise. it doesnt hurt me at all but it is kinda loud. i notice that after i excercise the snapping noise goes away for a bit...please dont say that i should excercise more because i play tennis about 3 hours a day during the school year and about 7 hours a day during the summer so i dont think i need to excercise more...
i have a physical trainer and he said not to do anything about it if it doesnt hurt...but i was just looking for other people's opinions as well...so what do you think i should do? has anyone else had this problem as well?
by the way im only 14 years old im not old.
