Yes, get a neti pot, and mix a saline solution (warm hose and a little bit of salt). This will redeploy your life, i swear! i used to own really bad sinusitis and took claritin d everyday, i don't stipulation it anymore.

I've hear a lot of settle about saline solution, and it sounds fitting...but I've never done it. I have found that horseradish does the trick other. If you like sushi, hold some "wasabi" with it. (Usually cheap wasabi is really mostly horseradish.) Probably anything beside a spicy kick to it will sustain clear out the sinuses. (Just make sure you hold tissue, because it's going to make your snout run!)
Go to a health food store and buy a neti pot. (I've also notice that some drug stores carry them) It's a stoneware vessel much like an "Aladdin's Lamp". You will mix a small amount of non-iodized brackish w/ warm dampen (follow directions in the box). It sounds horrible, BUT, you put the terminate of the pot up to one of your nostrils. The warm saline will compassionately work its way through your sinuses and run out your other nostril. (This does NOT hurt!) Then you repeat on the other side. This is a centuries' feeble practice that is risk-free and gentle (more placid than squirting saline up your nose). You will not believe how great you'll feel afterward! I've gotten soooo abundant people hooked on this!
If you get the impression a cold coming on and do this, it will go away. If you hold a sinus headache and use the neti pot, it will be gone.
BTW, sometimes, if you're really plugged up it can take awhile to flow. I any try the other nostril first or take slow, wide breaths through my mouth and then the saline flows.
You'll be amazed at adjectives of the "gunk" that is benevolently purged out of your sinuses and you will breathe and feel GREAT!
I imagine mine cost somewhere between $10 and $15.
Please try it. It sounds kind of creepy, but you will be hooked!
