do you have an air conditioner in your room? if so then it may need to be cleaned. also, be sure to routinely clean and dust your room.
take allergy medicine, benedryl works wonders! I hope you feel better

Sounds like allergies to me, but IANAD. Do you notice it happens during specific times of the year? If so, it could be environmental in nature.
Your best bet is to schedule a doctor's visit with whomever your GP is, in order to eliminate any chance it might be something else. Assuming it's not, from there, specifically request a referral to an allergy specialist. They will more than likely give you a pinprick test (a series of tiny, tiny needles coated in different types of allergens) to determine what, if anything, you are allergic to. Then they can treat it through a series of oral or injected doses of the allergen, frequent at first, then every few months.
If you're unlucky like I am, you'll discover your allergies are just environmental in nature and basically untreatable. If that's the case, you'll end up taking either Benadryl or Claritin, or some other mild environmental allergy drug. It's costly and not super effective, but it'll get you through the day.
