Yes, they work. They open up the nares and help you take in more air. As for cost, there are generics now for around 5 dollars.
I don't remember the cost - wasn't a big deal. THey do ok I guess. But didn't solve the sleep apnea problem.
they are really great they work really great! I think they range between $5-$7 i think!
They weren't expensive, they were very sticky, they didn't stop me from snoring but if you scratch them they do open up your sinuses.
they work but if you have ANY nasal drainage at all during the night , it will dry up way up in your nose and is hard to get out.
