I passed out the other day and...?
Answer:
It could also be because of low blood sugar levels or high or low blood pressure. you can take supplements to make sure you get the nutrients you require
Are you sure you don't have any alergies to iron, I would say many fresh dark green vegetables have a lot of iron (broccoli, spinach, etc) but prob your easiest source is going to be cereal. All cereal is fortified with iron, particularly total or similiar stuff. If you have a bowl of cereal each morning for breakfast you will lose weight, have a better metabolism and have more energy for the day!
uh.. i don't think that you should THINK that you lack iron. go to the doctor and check out what is going wrong.
perhaps your blood sugar was a little low and you fainted.
or perhaps something more serious is going on.
go and check out whats wrong.
thats happened to me 3 or 4 times in the past, i think its from poor eating throughout the day and your body hasn't gotten the nutrients and what not that it needs....low glucose level. once i ate and drank some stuff i felt a lot better.
Ouch, poor thing! Did you get checked out by a doctor? You could have a concussion?
I don't do well on Iron pills either. Here's a link of Iron rich foods:
try green things like spinach, or veggie burgers they tend to have a good supply of iron. Also try a multi vitamin instead they tend to make you less pukey. of luck, having low iron is stinky
Life cereal has 80% per serving.
