Why cant I sleep? exercise?

I can never sleep i get into bed around 10:30 p.m. but i dont in actual fact fall asleep till 3 or 4 a.m. my mom said (because i'm individual 12) i need more exercise contained by the day so i draw from sleepy at night but no issue what i do i cant sleep at all i help yourself to tea at night that help you relax but i hardly works i take like an extra 30 minutes of sleep i havent really talk with my doctor nearly it because if i tell my mom nearly it she says it freshly me and that there nil wrong. Anybody have an theory about what i can do? is it similar to a disease?

You might not be sleeping due to stress. cause when I cant sleep I am usually really excited or over-sensitive about something arranged the next morning. (or when I drink soda. the caffeine will keep me up adjectives night)
What you can do is try reading a book before you stir to sleep. Thats what I do. It can Make you really tired.
so if you have to read something for conservatory, then do it at darkness right before you dance to sleep.
or find a good book and start reading it(I reccamend Harry Potter. If you havent already read it)or try "A Series of Unforunate Events"
next after you read it you can think roughly what will happen subsequent, and start dreaming about it!

Geez! This is arranged to me, and I'm menopausal. Maybe it has something to do next to hormones. Don't do anything that's intense right before bedtime, resembling watch a fearsome movie, or action-packed film. It will preserve your mind working.

When I can't sleep, I breathe slow, deep breaths and sometimes that works.
you cud hve a denial of minerals or vitmains that can affect sleep sometimes. but also exercise try and do 30 minutes a day at least possible
I used to have this problem, but it be because I was afraid of the foggy and really nervous (because I hold nightmares every night). REGULAR exercise will give you a better night's sleep, though. Your mom's right.
Go to bed more rapidly, and stop eating food two to three hours back you get into bed.

Keep a steady rhythm of when you dance into bed and when you wake up.
Cover up bright lights that may prevent you from falling asleep, and variety sure the tea you're drinking isn't caffeinated! : )

That's happened to me. The caffeinated tea, I penny-pinching. Bouncing off the walls till six am!

your mom might be right about the excercise item.
if you have tried that, however, and it doesnt work, than you might want to see a doctor because it could be a developing luggage of insomnia.

don't verbs, but that sounds EXACTLY like me when i be 12 (im 14 now) i don't know what causes it. i didn't even know it be common. anyway, of late ride it out. it happened concluding summer, but not near as fruitless (maybe 1:00am) and this summer, ive been getting up 7:00-8:00. falling asleep between 10:30-12:00 (depends when I get hold of to bed) it'll pass, its of late a summer thing

First, chill, there's no disease. In proclaim to sleep your body and/or mind must have some tiredness. In your satchel it could be a # of reasons... Tea have a natural caffeine so theres no backing. milk usually works. It could be the comfort level of your bed. Besides, you're 12! You hold a high metabolism and enthusiasm that u must use. It could also be cuz u wake up at midday!
Ya...I'm in one and the same boat, but not quite as extreme. I've be sleeping better when I don't have any sweets or anything right up to that time bed, excercise a LOT, and take a shower beforehand bed to help you relax. It's worked for me, try it!

Another point, don't drink tea. It may be decaffinated, and if it isn't then that's your problem, but even if it is decaffinated, it have a small amount of caffine in it, a moment or two can even keep you up.
