Why do I nearly miss out and run numb?

So this is kind of chance. I love excercise and enjoy going to the gym regularly. Usually semi-heavy immensity training. Sometimes other aspects of life seize in the road and I don't go to the gym for two weeks or so. The first few days I draw from back to the gym, this have happened probably four or five different times, I will excercise and at some point nearly elapse out.
Sometimes it's after a difficult excersize, other times it's been after I move out the steam room when I'm showering off.
The actual occurance is similar to this. I'll start to feel somewhat light head and I'll decide I inevitability to sit down. I find a seat, and sit. Then I will grasp better. As I get better, I hold tingling in my fingers, arms, and legs. In the steam room as it's coming on, I will also enjoy tingling in my bottom chin.
When in the shower, or departure the gym, I have to waddle more than a few feet to find a place to sit. This seem to make things horribly worse.

Answer:
Make an appointment next to your family doctor, past you continue exercising, for a physical and some simple blood test. The doctor should check your sugar and iron levels, and do a complete blood count (CBC) and complete metabolic panel (CMP). The test come back impartially quickly and the doctor should be capable of tell you what is going on and what to do more or less it or maybe will distribute you for more tests.
Just please don't look right through it...Good luck.

p.s. You should go through a stress question paper as well within case you are not getting adequate oxygen. You will not necessarily feel shortness of breath from oxygen deprivation.
It sounds close to a respitoray problem. You may not be breathing effectively. I think i's best if you see a doctor earlier working out; it's hard to diagnose over the computer...
Have someone drive you to see your regular healthcare provider. To hours of daylight. Now This could be an emergency. Do not drive your self.
Probably blood pressure. You need to check it day by day. Or could be circulatory. You didn't say how weak you are but I bet it's blood pressure. You better not mess around with this. Go to a different doctor for a second belief.
It sound resembling there are several things going on. It sounds approaching your are having orthostatic hypotension cause from getting up in the steam room. It is also cause by the steam itself. The steam causes the arteries to dilate to attempt to cool you past its sell-by date. This lowers your blood pressure and then when you receive up, the pressure drops even more. The other question is, are you breathing properly when usign weights? If you are holding your breath while working out is cause some hypoxia.
