I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my impeccable 5'9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I chomp through a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. I am a tad underweight, but thats how I am fluently, I haven't grown in a year any. My father is tall but my mum is short. A lot of my cousins are really elevated, were chitchat 6'5". My brother is 6'4". I hear that you have to be contained by a deep sleep at the time 11pm-2am at darkness bcuz thats when you grow, it's a bit hard for me when I attain into bed at 9pm and lay there for hours as I find it impossible to walk to sleep. I usually doze off around midnight. I've be doing stretches for a year and increased my calcium and protein, but it's not working. I don't really want to hold any of them hormones or anything, should I talk to my doctor?

If you are still growing later hopefully you will also get taller.
Depending on your age it could be impossible. You may own a growth spurt or already be maximum height
Your height above sea level is controlled entirely by genetics. There is NOTHING you can do to gross yourself taller, short of having yourself stretched on a rack (and I don't recommend it).
It would be constructive to know your age. Anyhow assuming you're a teenager-remember you're not done growing yet. Your doctor can help yourself to an x-ray of your hand to determine your 'bone age'. This will speak about you if you will continue to grow former 18.

Im a shortie too and I be actually the shortest human being in 6 class i was similar to 140 cm when my friends who were my age be like 6 foot literally...Just be happy next to yourself everyone has traits they do and do not approaching about themselves mine within my ribs they stick out and now I cant wear tight tops but I love the devout and bad traits more or less me...you know you wouldnt be the same short them...
