Why do i get a headache? explain..?

i got a habit - can u get headaches from talking to much, lol? i'm serious - i'm a motor mouth! also, i have a habit of staying away untill 5am and then sleeping during the day till 1pm. (I just graduated college) could my sleep patterns be causing headaches during the day when i'm awake - if not what then?

Answer:
Yes, poor sleeping habits can cause many types of health issues. When I graduated college I did the same thing... and I know the headaches you get are nearly like migraines... on a daily basis. And yes talking too much can cause headaches too... kind of like how crying can cause headaches. The vibration of you talking can "rattle" your brain and the movement of your jaw effects your temples... too much strain can cause pain. Try sleeping better and talking less. If the headaches remain try sleeping with a dental mouthpeice, you may be gritting your teeth at night because of all the jaw movement and not realizing it. Be careful it can cause more serious problems to the point of having to have your jaw broken and your mouth wired shut to reset it to make the pain go away. If not taken care of it can throw off your whole body starting with your neck and back and then down to your legs. Take care of your body and it'll take care of you.
