This is the first BEST step! Admitting it! Tell your doctor who prescribed it ... and I know it isn't easy. But you have to get help the correct way and it will be through the same doctor.
If it makes you feel better, doctors and pharmacists can have a drug problem too because they can write the prescription or have access to them ... and for those reasons they have a reporting system not for exposure but for help and support to get off of them without blasting it to the world. Most don't know this fact about their avenues to correct, but it is true. Everyone with a drug problem needs help and help to stay off of them. They also need help re-designing their lives to find happiness . real happiness without drugs.
