It is an urban legend that you die until that time you ever hit the ground. If this were true every human being who had ever jump from a plane would die. They fall much further than any building and accomplish maximum velocity before deploying their parachute.
Some citizens might pass out from agitation, of course, but most ethnic group would remain conscious until they hit the ground.
In fact a few (and a severely few at that) people own jumped stale the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and hold survived. They remained conscious, although I think the impact may hold knocked them out for a few second.
Never tried that. I'm afraid of heights, anyway. I would see you'd start praying and repenting instantly.

I don't conjecture you 'll have any since there are roller coasters that mimic things close to that and nobody's brain has but exploded, of course nation with heart conditions aren't advise to go.
You may be in motion unconcious from shock/lack of oxygen to the brain from trouble breathing, or just crap your pant because your about to splat.

I would imagine by the time you in truth hit the ground, you would be in such a state of shock, the plunge probably wouldn't cause any anguish. If you did feel torment, it wouldn't be for very long. You'd be contained by a big, bloody, boneless puddle.

does it really matter? I suppose you go splat and expiration up becoming a permanent high point on the sidewalk below.
You'll probably die on impact when you hit the ground. As unfeeling and rude an answer it might be, in that are few other alternatives. Your heart probably won't explode, but someone could easily hold a heart attack and pass out or woozy with a slop like that. Chances are low that someone would survive a decline like that. They might also find run over by a car once they manage the pavement.
