When I had my prudence teeth out I was awake. The worest factor honestly was the needles to numb your mouth. You're going to return with 6-8 shots of novicane in your mouth. The worest ones within my opinion be the ones on the roof of my mouth OUCH! but it was over surrounded by just a few second. So they numbed my mouth which took about 15 minutes it be the longest and hardest part because I hold a needle phobia and anxiety so I have a panic attack and my dad have to calm me support down. I had gas(nitrusoxide I think) to oblige sedate me but partially way threw I forgot to hang on to breathing out of my nose and started breathing out of my mouth so I wasn't really sedated. I mouth be completeley numb so all I could discern was the pressure within my mouth. The pressure was a bit much but it wasn't unbarable. They put this entry in your mouth that holds your mouth stretch out as far as it can go thats rather weird but it doesn't hurt. So what your going to discern is the PRESSURE of the scalpul cutting unfurl your gums. After that the dentist is going to take this chizel looking entity and he puts it under your tooth and and make this motion like your turning the knob in your vehicle over and over again. You will feel the pressure of him doing this but no strain. Then he rinses your mouth with brackish water and stiches you up. It took my oral surgeon 8 minutes to whip out all four of my sense teeth and stiche me up. I didn't even need to use the perscription backache medication he persrcibed me I just took extra strength hasty release tylenol and I was fun it honestly doesn't hurt that bleak its just resembling a dull ache. DO NOT use straws for roughly a week because you'll develope dry sockets and I've heard those hurt sooo bleak. I didn't have any but I didn't use straws and didn't suck anything I simply rinsed my mouth with river and let it roll out of my mouth after I brushed my teeth. I tried to a short time ago swallow my drinks instead of sucking them to the back of my mouth. I ate lots of jello-o and pudding the first couple of daylight. It honestly isn't that bad 2 days after I have my wisdom teeth out I have to go to the hospital to enjoy surgery and even after that my mouth didn't hurt. Your stiches will fall out within about 2-3 weeks.
its a really standard procedure and nil to worry roughly speaking.
