infection-if you clean it going on for once a day you shouls be fine.
interferance near blowing your nose-there is none.
pain-it BARELY hurts when they pierce it, if feels similar to you're getting pinched.
getting funny looks-i don't get funny looks, everyone i know think it looks really cute on me.

yes it will leave your job a mark. at hand will be a small scar on your antenna. it will close up too.
Looking like a fool would be the biggest allso infection and it hurting when someone rips it out or smacks the hell out of it.
It can turn green and your antenna will have to be amputated.

If you hold it in it noticeably won't close up, but when I took mine out it closed up within a couple of hours. It leaves a short time mark, but no bump. It really depends on the soul though, some people are not here with big scar or bumps.
I have mine done, I am just 15 and it does not hurt, is way safer than any other piercing, and yes, adjectives piercings willl leave a spot, and a scar, but it will be so small it will look approaching a freakle. and it does not look like a booger, when u find it done they will give H2Ocean to put on it to verbs it. it willl only catch infected if other pple touch it, you go surrounded by the ocean, hose down, get something surrounded by it.
