Does anyone know about plugs? the earlobe kind?
Answer:
It depends on how long you have them, and how big you stretched them out.
When you take out the plugs, you WILL have big saggy ear lobes with holes in them. The first picture is one that's actually not that bad.
As far as healing is concerned: If you stretch the ear lobe slowly and carefully, not causing any tearing or scarring, that will increase the chances of your ear going back to its normal size and shape. If you use a dermal punch, stretch too quickly, use heavy weights that stretched an abnormal shape or cause any scar tissue to form, then your likelihood of it going back is greatly diminishes.
The only known way I know of to completely get rid of large gauge holes in the ear is with expensive plastic surgery. The surgeon incises the ear hole and then sutures the tissues in front and in back, reversing the tunnel process that happens when you create and heal a piercing.
