Help near my anxiety!?

I just found out final week that i have to move about to court in januaray for a sexual assault (im the victum) and i own really bad anxiety to start off with, i also hold a heart disease that causes my valve to not work right. In the past couple days i hold been certainly sick to my stomach, and i have have the shakes, I cant think of anything else, my breathing is merely horrible!! it feels similar to i always own somoene sitting on my chest, i get dizzy spells adjectives the time, and i have horrible nightmares at dark, but last hours of darkness before falling asleep, i have really bad chest pains and it be to the point i was crying and i feel like i in fact couldnt breathe!!, my back is contained by constent pain... my doctor is away for a couple weeks...can anyone communicate me if this is just ordinary to be stressed out.or should i get actual give support to for this now??

if it really as desperate as you say it is, dont linger for your doctor to come back. try to brand an appointment w/ your primary care physician or shift to a walk within clinic. it sounds pretty serious and i think its going to win worse as the court date approaches. good luck!
What you are experiencing is everyday given the circumstances. If there is a doctor on can see him/her. You can even jump to the ER. Since the court date is a ways off you would probably benefit from seeing consultant to help you cope as okay.
It sounds like a desperate case of anxiety or frenzy attacks. You could see your primary doc but honestly it would be best to see a psychiatrist. There are drugs that are made to ease anxiety and sustain with frenzy attacks. I would also advice you to diary a time to see a therapist. The nouns feelings may not stir away with medication alone - you may obligation to talk to a professional to process what you enjoy gone through. It sounds like it be traumatic to you and may continue to be so beside the pending court date. Seek give a hand. I go to see a biofeedback specialist that helps you focus on breathing and peaceful yourself down without medication and she really help me too! This really isn't run of the mill to be this stressed out over something like that. Even surrounded by the most stressful situation I can think of this isn't mundane. Its also odd that you are THIS stressed out in the region of something you have to do surrounded by JANUARAY. It seems a bit unconventional to me that you are this worked up to the point you are having chest pains, can't breath, your sick to your stomach, and adjectives of the other things you mentioned about something 6 MONTHS away. I twig that a very horrible entry happened to you and that make it 10x as hard but whats going to develop the night in the past you have to move about to court? You may go into cardiac arrest. I would be in motion see your docotor so they can put you into counseling and possibily put you on some mediciation to help soft you down. Go to the ER or another doctor, they probably will want to do tests on your heart after your spell final night. Get things checked out and I hope everything starts going a bit smoother.
