Incredibly tired ALL the TIME!?!?
After mentioning adjectives of this, you would think that I own plenty of energy. I am exhausted!! Horribly tired, and I can't pilfer it anymore. I just want to sleep ALL the time!! HELP ME!!

As a mother of twins and a wife, I utter that those 2 things will drain your energy as promptly as you can eat. And next you also have a regular 40 hr a week opportunity, it is no wonder that you can sleep standing up. While your medication can keep you going, it can not do so indefinitely. One desperate side effect of medication (and they all own some) is it taxes your immune system which is already taxed to open with from your enthusiasm style. When you say you put away well plenty, you really don't say whether you opt for tv dinners, frozen foods or somehow you find the time to truly cook healthy meal for yourself and the kids. With your schedule, the best I would recommend is that you go and get a lot of fresh vegetables, chop it up and chomp through it raw (as surrounded by salads) along with your carbs (whole pellet breads, and pastas, avoid sugars (your body is tired enough. Sugars tend to provide you energy and after drop you down further than you were back you started. Avoid them. Go for fresh fruits & veggies (raw) and go to a virtuous health food store and carry some multi-vitamins. Don't get them at your local drug stores, supermarkets as they are adjectives synthetic and the body does not absorb them at adjectives and it would be a waste of your money.
Allow time for yourself as all right. When there are no pressing things to do (a partially hour); treat yourself to a nice soothing bath or simply read something that appeals to you. Talk to your doctor, possibly you are taking too much antidepressant! Also add Vitamin B to your regimin within the morning add enjoy some green tea! Great for energy!!

You're sleeping TOO LONG! You're sleeping almost 12 hours. You should chisel that down to 8-9 hours. Read the prescriptions: do they basis drousiness? And I'm sure running after twins doesn't help.
Maybe cut out a few hours of working? Cut support to 30-35 hours/week if you can afford it to see if that helps, too.
You mentioned depression- sounds to me similar to that (or the medicine you're taking for it) might be contributing to it. Depression sometimes lead to a feeling approaching you never want to get out of bed and hold no interest in enthusiasm (been there, done that). It may be advantageous to ask your doctor about this possibility, because bar the depression it sounds like everything is right near your health.
It could be a quantity of things:
1) The type of exercise you do? Cardio exercise is what really pumps up your energy and you should do it IN THE MORNING as it provides vitality for you all sunshine.
