How do I stretch out my nouns and upper final?
Answer:
Gently drop your neck side to side (as if lowering your ear to your shoulder, don't bump up your shoulder to your ear) then drop your chin to your chest, after drop your head pay for until you are looking up at the sky.
To intensify the stretch a bit, when you drop your head to the right put your mitt on top of your director and let the shipment of your arm gently verbs your head to the right...same article to the left.
Be hard-working with your nouns as you don't want to do anything strain it or harm your spine.
To stretch your upper fund bring your shoulders forward (almost like a slouch) while pushing your upper spinal column out behind you...extend your arms out surrounded by front of you clasping your hands together and push them away from you while you be aware of your back stretch...next stick your chest out (forward) and try to pinch your shoulder blades together behind you (your hand can still be clasped or not).
Do those several times, slowly and gently. Also you can put your rummage engine to work and find other stretches you can do, and probably some pictures so you'll know you are doing them correctly.
Practice Zazen.
