Was i have a frenzy attack?

Yesturday I was at my ex's house, and I have been drinking. When I drink I am usually pretty relaxed go lucky girl, but my ex made me wacky because the stuff i had vanished at his house was missing. I be technically drunk but i remember finding it hard to breathe and i be sorta crying. This isnt the first time its happened.
The other morning at work a customer was man really tough and i had be stressing on my daughters dads death, and i couldnt fiddle with the customer anymore so i ran to the rr and be pretty much sobbing and my breathing was restrained.
Have i be having madness attacks or are they just stress symptoms.
I single get them when im really stressed or cracked, and its hard to spawn me mad.

Answer:
Sounds more stress related. Panic attacks are like mad worse than you describe. With Panic attacks you can hyper ventilate, elapse out
you need a break! sounds like you are stressed out! the body can do grotesque things wwhen we get stressed and drinking alcohol will not assistance!!
Definatly panic attacks. Stop drinking for rather while. I am a doctor.
Sound like a nouns attack to me. Talk to your doctor. There are meds you can take for these.
Panic attacks are stress symptoms. and yes, it sounds approaching you were have them. go to the doc...there's seriously of antianxiety meds out there that can minister to.
yeah, you were probably freaking out. try taking time out of your daylight to relax with a book or a nice hot cup of tea. exercise can support too.
You probably were simply under ALOT of stress. You're husband basically died? (You said your daughter's dad's death)

Yes, they are most likely nouns attacks. My mum used to have them, and my sister merely recently have one. They affect people differently but the crying and intuition as if you're not able to breathe are totally common contained by panic attacks. I'm guessing you feel as if your body was shutting down. Did you discern a weird tingling? If so, that also can play a quantity in frenzy attacks.

You are really stressed, which is a definite motivation of them. However, the drinking probably played a bigger part contained by the first one. So try not to drink or try to drink minimally, it worsened it.

Try doing some things to de-stress such as going to a spa, taking a yoga class, breathing exercises...or you could even possibly have Reiki done on you. It's immensely relaxing, trust me.

You do not need to see a doctor to be put on unwanted items medicines unless they maintain persisting. You can de-stress lacking medication! But if you feel as if you have need of something, go see a homeopathic doctor. They contribute you natural medicine that really work.
i dont know if it was a madness attack but it was stress related. i dont know what a nervy breakdown is in detail, but it sounds approaching that was what you be having. (maybe they're matching thing)
Sounds like it could be both. You should check within with your doctor and report to him what's going on just to label sure it isn't an under lying medical problem.
I hold been have panic attacks for roughly speaking 2 months now. Mine be triggered by An Energy drink and medicine. And when I start have them I have trouble breathing and start to take really emotional and sometimes cry. But I am starting to swot up how to control them by breathing deep, approaching when you feel them coming on or even if it is purely stress, breathe in pushing your belly out... hold for a second and later breathe, it helps me when I start have them.

Good luck whether its stress or panic
It could be mild madness attacks. My girl used to get severe madness attacks. If your neck get really tense and your hand start to shake while having those other symptoms, it's probably a suitable sign of a panic attack. If it keep happening you should see a doctor. They enjoy medicine that can lower your stress and prevent these attacks from coming subsidise.
Good Luck!
i think so, try taking a wile rotten work for just you time, nick a wile to calm down. i don't know if it will oblige but it might. hope you feel better soon, perfect luck :)
Sounds like you could enjoy.
You have profoundly going on. I would try some relaxation techniques & you could probably benefit from speaking to a psychoanalyst.
I wish you powerfully.
Remember when you are having a nouns attack if you keep getting startled it will make it final. Once you recognize it for what it is slowly inaugurate trying ti breath thru it & keep describing yourself to calm down.
Also I use the BACH Remedies-Rescue remedy.
It's a colloquial stress reliever & it really does work.
Yes you did have a panick/anxiety attack. I bring them too when I am upset, mad and upset. You need to hike away from whatever is making you quality this way previously you get worse. It's not unforced to live like this. You hold to learn to stay pacify and take open breaths. This behavior is a danger to our vigour. I have academic to control it. Try what I said and see if you feel better. Good Luck!
Panic attacks simulate heart attacks...Your chest hurts, you can't breathe...you're body feel numb and distant...You sound resembling you were possibly have an anxiety attack...or you were for a time drunk and overly emotional...could be any one.
They are symptoms of anxiety. But its very unusual to enjoy a anxiety attack while consuming alcohol. Drugs like cannabis is a agreed drug to trigger of such panic attacks and palpitations. If it happen again try to calm your self by breathing contained by through your nose and out through you mouth. continuously until you start to have a feeling better.
If it starts to happen more regularly. Than i would advocate you to see a doctor who may give you a two week course of tranquilizer pills to help out you to get over it.
It sounds more approaching an anxiety attack, yes there is a difference between hysterics attacks. Anxiety attacks are more stress related. I have severe frenzy attacks and am happily married and didn't hold any stress in my go untill I started having frenzy attacks. When I have my attacks, they come out of nowhere, And feel like I am have a heart attack, I cannot breath and have almost passed out numerous times.
You should see a doctor, but I also feel you need smaller amount stress in your enthusiasm. Try to figure out how to come yourself down.
Good luck .
Hi! Sorry to hear you’re have problems – and yes, it definitely sounds approaching a panic attack. Here are some terrifically simple steps that will significantly reduce or do away with your panic attacks.

1. Breathe properly – this will control your nouns. As soon as you notice the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe within slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe hastily or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will have a feeling a lot better.

2. I would really recommend a course of Cognitive Behavioural therapy. CBT is proven to be the most efficient thing for frenzy attacks. It takes a bit of work, but if you put the challenge in it’s super potent. You can speak to your doctor about doing a course, or you can whip a course for free online at: http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/elear...

3. Do relaxation exercise tapes (progressive muscular relaxation). They really serve if you practise often plenty. This site has instructions on how to do it short the tapes (and other adjectives info): http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resource...

Remember that you other have the power to stop your nouns attack!

Good luck! I hope you start feeling better really soon.
