In this hot weather I've be drinking some sports drinks to help build up my sodium and potassium explicitly normally lost through excessive perspiration.

Wow. I get that too and I thought it be weird but my mom is a nurse and say that it might be because I get up too without delay or if you get parched that can happen too.

Not intake properly, not getting enough fluids
and hypoglycemia and also diabetes can do this..
I would stir visit the doctor and hold some blood-work done .. just to rule out the ultimate two..
But this warm weather can play havoc on our form.. especially when doing sports are working in this boil..

I have this for years only I would in actuality faint. I finally have a blood test call a glucose tolerance test.
