I know the feeling, be on antidepressiants and therapy.
Going to the gym seem to help a short time, as well as going out on nice days and simply taking a walk.
Sometimes it could be you quality like your bored of time or just dont do much, approaching sit home all the time.Get out and try something different , yoga can also help you.
Try chitchat to someone before it get worse. Even if its not a professional, just conversation to family or friends can give a hand. You need to find what is making you hopeless and talk it out.

If you always discern depressed, in spite of no outside influences, I significantly recommend you at least take some type of counseling, either professional, or someone you trust, who is elder and may have have similar experiences.

Agree with previous answers, conversation to someone and working out both help. If neither of those sustain within a week, later go see your doctor.
THere are usually obscured reason..things you are chosing not to traffic with, that exact the depression. But it can also be a chemical imbablance in your brain. you are not producing plenty serotonin, or you are not absorbing it correctly up there.
Some things that can assistance, besides therapy and antidepressants are:
Exercise. on a regular idea. 3 - 5 times perweek, 30 minutes or more per day...increase as you stir.
Mutivitamin
extra B-6 and B-12
Omega-3's (Fish oil pills or mackerel, salmon, anchovy.)
Sunlight...15 minutes a time
avoid sugar, caffeine and alcohol
You should talk to your doctor, if you can...its possible you are inadequate in some type of nutrient. various deficiencies can motive depression.
go out and own fun!
try and talk to someone roughly speaking it before it get any worse! it doesn't have to be a doctor, it can be anyone you trust!
