bcoz most of the other organs control there selves they hold an effect on others too but not like brain which control the together body even heart..!
The Heart Is the best organ in the body because it give support to us to pumping blood where we obligation it and it just help us to live without the heart we would not be alive.

Well, my heart keep me alive and lets me quality and love. My brain lets me function and allows me to infer and to reason. My legs hold me upright and allow me to saunter. My ribs protect my heart and other organs. My kidneys filter out all the cruel stuff that I put into my body. My hands allow me to hold things, to touch, to be aware of. But my tongue... now THATs an organ. Taste, lick, adjectives in kissing and oral sex, something to chew on if I gain bored. Since legs and hands and ribs aren't really organs, they don't count, but if one go bad, the others suffer, so I guess the best one is the heart. It keep me alive so I can enjoy touching, kissing, walking, thinking, and living contained by general.
