You don't. THC will show positive for up to 21 days after a pothead lights up a joint. If you do not want Marijuana in your system, I suggest you don't smoke dope. I hope this is maybe for a probation test or drug screen for a job.

my friend said cranberry juice. DRINK ALOT OF WATER! but if they have suspicious of you trying to flush your system they will prolly say its positive no matter what. so advice is...just dont smoke if you know you have to take a urine test
you can't...they can even do a hair test and find out you did drugs

you can register as positive for up to 3 weeks afterwards.
you could always get someone else's urine and put it in a bag or cup in your jacket pocket then use it as yours for the test.
THC,the active ingredient in pot,is stored in in your body's fat cells.No amount of cranberry juice will flush it out.Time is the only thing that will diminish the amount in your system.Some tests today can detect minute amounts of THC ingested within the last 6 months. Good Luck loser!
you can go to trails or a paraphanalia store and buy that crap thats like gatoraide thats supposed to make you piss clean. or you can be cheap like me and just drink a million gallons of water the day you go pee. just make sure you pee at least 3 times before you go in. also, it depends on who is testing you. if your on probation and have to pee, this will work unless your po is an a hole and assumse the worst. but i got away with it for at least 3 months.if its for a job, it depends on what test they do.
drink a lot of water, and flush out your system. And then go running, and come home and drink more water.. The more water you drink the safer you will be.
