yup im 13 years old and i kinda stipulation 2 go to arts school so i have 2 dance 2 sleep early but i cant. i turn rotten my tv like at 11 pm and try 2 step 2 sleep but i cant. i just lay down within and just be thinking. consequently i get variety of tired to i finally go to sleep but close to at 12 or 12:30 pm. then sometimes when im asleep i get up up again like at 3 contained by the morning and cant go 2 sleep again so i in recent times start thinking again. then i finally run to sleep again but like at 4:30 or 5 am. its approaching that like everyday and on the weekends i still stir up early approaching at 8:30 or 9. so im pretty tired and dont get ample sleep and no matter if im really sleepy i newly cant go to sleep. so IDK thankfulness.

Well, before you turn to the doctor and start taking sleeping pills. Try this. Everyday when you get home from arts school walk or run for something like 15 mins. You will see a difference that your body will be worn out towards the end of the darkness. Make sure you do this every day. Let me know how that worked out for you.
possibly you should get the family circle Dr to send you for a sleep test=that is one of the signs of sleep apnea
