oh man. idknoe that never occured to me when i was fast soo you must losin malnutrition. immediately i cant go enlighten you to eat something but if your condition might be at risk maybe you could fashion up a day a moment ago as you would when u have ur time of year and ur fasting. idknoe thats my thought on it..
