I am 19 and my voice still cracks occansily, my skin is very oily and I sweat alot. My facial hair is still light and it still kinda off looks like peach fuzz, but I am started to grow light chest hair. Why? I thaught chest hair came after everything else?

l'm no expert, but l was 19 once. it sounds like you've nothing to worry about, put it down to growing up,of course ask your dad or your close friends, they aint gonna knock you down etc if anything, you'll gain more respect, tell you what l'd swap my beard for your"peach fuzz" any day of the week.
just carry on as normal, you are fine buddy.
