I'm getting Tired easy??
Answer:
If you're feeling fatigued, it's important to establish the most basic of issues: Are you getting enough sleep? While everyone is able to function on less sleep than they prefer, if you are consistently under-sleeping, ongoing tiredness will be the result.
If on going tired-ness persists, you might have CFS - chronic fatigue syndrome. I have it. It's hard to deal with. It involves feeling exhausted, aches or pains, you could sleep for 12 hours and feel like you've only had 1 hour. It sucks, but with medical attention you're most likely able to figure out how to deal with it.
Make sure you're getting enough food and vitamins too. If you eat a lot of junk, the junk food gives you energy for a very short period of time. Healthy foods (like eating spaghetti at dinner) give you long lasting energy. Carbohydrates are the key. Make yourself a sandwich, with margarine, tuna in springwater, and lettuce. Have a bottle of gatorade ready for football or any other sports. If having a sports drink sounds risky, then have a bottle of water with a squeeze of lemon.
Good luck =]
Do you check your blood pressure? Maybe you should consult a doctor.
I've known a couple people who get tired easily because they have low blood iron levels (anemia). If you're low on iron, your blood can't transport oxygen to muscles, even if you're strong and in good shape.
Do you feel like you need to vomit? or feel wheezy? This kind of sounds like my son's exercise induced asthma. I think you should have your mom or dad take you to the dr. The dr. has a really simple test for this. Basically you just blow as hard as you can in a tube.Nothing scary...Make sure you tell your parents about this. And don't worry lot's of people have it and play professional sports.
