since I saw you ask a question nearer about adjectives the spots that keep showing up within the same places. that might own something to do with that. sounds approaching a panic attack though, and calculation to the spots that can sometimes come with anxiety, it sounds alot similar to that.

I don't know, you need a doctor. But it sounds close to a choking spell that can be brought on by anxiety, panic attacks, or hyper/hypothyroidism (which isn't serious and amazingly treatable).

If not then really, return with yourself booked in to see a doctor or if this is worrying you more, progress straight to the local hospital

Might also be an esophagus attack this have to do with your digestive system and mimics a heart attack. Go to the emergency room very soon and ask if it might be the things we are suggesting. My prayers are with you.
