All day sunday i have a terrible headache surrounded by my left temple next to some nausea as well. I haven't thrown up. I call in sick monday and be doing better for about partially the day but afterwards that afternoon/evening it got worse. my manager hurt so bad i be about to cry. I took tylenol, laid down contained by the quiet but as soon as i'd catch up again i'd get nauseas and headache would start again. Today i come to work and just feel really crappy, nauseas etc and around 12 my headache came vertebrae :( I'm not under any unusual stress really, i'm on my interval so i don't think i'm pregnant. my blood pressure have been find and yes my eyeglasses make my skipper hurt so i've purposefully been wearing my contacts. Any suggestions? this happen a few weeks-a month ago as well. i've never have bad pms symptoms resembling this before though.

Your body sometimes go through certain change.. but I would go to the doctors because it have happened past.. track your symptom and consult your doctor..
Sounds like a migraine! Are you seeing black spots and does lantern make your director hurt worse. If so see your doc b/c you will need more than Tylenol to shake a migraine. I laid up 3 days once near one.
for nausea try gravol and you might wanna got to the doc
