What can I put away instead of bananas?

For some reason the smell and savour of bananas make me REALLY seasick, so I stay away from them. My only fair-minded now is that I'm not getting satisfactory potassium in my diet. How much should I be getting day after day? and What can I eat instead to win the amount I need?

Answer:
My doc told me to guzzle strawberries and peaches or apricots. They have closely of potassium as well. He also said seafood would bring up my potassium level.

If you think you may not be getting adequate, talk to your doc give or take a few putting you on potassium pills or you can take the 'one a day' open-handed of vitamins that give you a on a daily basis amount a normal soul needs.

you could receive a potassium supplement or eat other fruits similar to oranges that are high surrounded by it
You actually don't involve very much potassium contained by your diet, you should try and find some nutrition sites to see how much exactly but I know its not a lot. Their are Vitamins that own potassium in them but if you want food you can budge with radish. they own a lot of potassium too.
