Why can't I sleep! HELP ME! I CAN'T STAND IT!?
Two days ago, I went to sleep at 10 P.M. and manage to get up at 5 A.M. next to the feeling that I have slept too much, but being really tired as ably. I was bored for 5 hours, and finally tried to turn back to sleep again at 10 A.M. and found myself wake up at 6 P.M.
The night until that time last hours of darkness, I went to bed at 3 A.M. and woke up at 6 A.M. and tried for an hour to stay asleep, but it erstwhile. I still have that same hunch of having slept satisfactory but while being really tired. And in a minute I'm typing this.
And last hours of darkness, I went to bed at 1 A.M and woke up at 5:30 A.M. and of late couldn't get backbone to sleep until 10:30 A.M. and woke up at 5:30 P.M.
These problems aren't normal. I've never have anything like them formerly. Please help.
You don't deduce how BORING the five hour period that follows me wake up at 5-6 A.M.!

Put your body back on its untaught schedule. You are throwing stale your circadian rhythm.
So what if you are bored? Work out, read a book, cook. There are a million things to do- including cleaning.

Thats Crazy I Thought i was the singular one who this was arranged to...I dont know how to fix it .but i just use a follower to calm me and i try to stop thinking so damn much...and my Puppy sleeps on the bed next to me. let me know if you find the solution please!

okay you have to catch your sleep clock back on track. if you progress to sleep to early and consequently fall asleep too past due that will screw up your sleep stencil. its not good to find too much sleep then you will be overtired and thats not polite either. so try this: try going to sleep at alike time each hours of darkness for about a wk or so. that should bring back your sleep pattern rear to normal . and also if you exercise, steal a walk almost anything to use up your enthusiasm you will fall asleep with ease cause u will be so tired. so try those things. hopefully it will facilitate you. good luck.

Chill. Same thing happen to me all the time. Don't verbs. You've been staying up too unpunctually. Try this technique. Clase your eyes. Lie flat on your back and after roate your ankles slowly. Then tense your full leg then breath out. Now tighten your reverse and back. Breath out. Now for your stomach and chest. Then breath out. Then rob your hands and roate and move them,. Tighten the arms and hand. Release and breathe.Now tighten your face and construct a funny face next release. Funny face as surrounded by when your breathing you may make a funny facade. Afterwords tense your entire body and of late breathe. Now you may feel lashing. You may feel as if sinking through the floor. Now, predict a beach beside lovely scenery. You are presently stepping out of your body in your mind and you scrutinize your mind. Just relax. Now after exlporing through the new world step stern into your body. You should feel relaxed.
