Answer:
A cup of hot tea usually works for me.
Try a couple of cookies or some little sweet with it.
There are different kind of headaches but for a moment caffeine and sugar often help.
If it's a sinus headache use a vaporizer with vicks vaporub
or procure water boiling put vicks contained by and breathe in the steam, better than sinus meds.
purloin a warm tub with and/or sweet smelling candles...sleeping.or only rubbing your temples.
try drinking alot of dampen..and taking a nap.
I would rob an asprin for quick nouns but if you don't wanna take pills just sit backbone and relax, turn on some quiet music and achieve rid of all your stress
Damp a cloth near cool water and lay it on ur forehead. Headache mostly cause by inflammation... cool will help. And rest. Thats what works for me and i hold alot of headaches.
Try this: Place your thumbs (or hold someone else do it) right over the bridge of your nose. Press easier said than done almost to the point of pain, and run the thumbs over the eyebrows, pressing complicated the whole time.
While this won't work if you're have a blood pressure headache or a migraine, it has provided me next to some temporary nouns through accupressure.

I assume you hold tried asprins, Tylenol and stuff like that. When I be a kid, I used to get awful headache. They were not migranes. Look it up to be sure that's not what it is since they are treated differently. My parents put me surrounded by a dark room and put cold towels over my commander. In the sun, they bought me sunglasses. Then a teacher notice that I always sit up front. Then it was put together. I needed goggles! I was nearsighted and not a soul knew. After that, 43 years then, I rarely gain headaches.
